Booking & Reservations
A non refundable deposit of 30% payment is required to make your booking and your booking request will be subject to the availability at time of payment. No booking confirmation will be given until the deposit has been received by 7Days Travels & Tours Co., Ltd.

Package Price / Surcharges
All prices published at www.7daystour.com are quoted based on the land rates of local suppliers and are valid as stated at the website. If surcharges becomes necessary by any of the local suppliers in accordance with the local situation such as increased in hotel rates, fuel and government tax, 7Days reserves the right to do so with a given notice. If the surcharge is not paid, the company consider as cancellation and cancellation policy will be applied.

Hotels
If your requested hotel is not available at the time of booking, 7Days will try to confirm an alternate hotel at a similar category and package rate may be adjusted if necessary.

Payments
A local payment can be made as a mode of direct cash flow to the local. However, a non refundable 30% deposit of total package price is required at the time of booking. Full and final payment has to be made in USD cash upon your arrival in Myanmar or advance payment can be done either by credit card or wire transfer. Our representative will present you with our sealed invoice and a receipt will be given as a proof to your payment for cash on arrival. If full payment has been made by credit card/ wire transfer, your bank remittance will act as your payment to the company.

Cancellations and Refunds
If the cancellation of written notice is given and in the case of a deposit has been made, no refund will be provided. Cancellation charges apply as follow:
 

Services not utilized after the commencement of the tour, no refund will be given.

Travel Documents and Visa
It is your responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, travel permits, health certificates, inoculations, international driving license, or other documentation required for the trip are obtained and are in order. It is your responsibility to meet any additional costs incurred either by yourself (or by the Company on your behalf) as a result of any failure by you to comply with such requirements.

Responsibility and liability
7Days Travels & Tours Co., Ltd act as an intermediary between transportation and airline companies, hotels, tourist offices and all other contractors providing the services and as such is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political action and unrest must be borne by passengers. Participation in our trips implies the tourist’s agreement to the above. 7Days also is not liable for any injury, loss or damage the traveler suffers during or in connection with the journey, nor for itinerary modifications due to circumstances beyond our control. Neither the compensation nor refund will be given for non-attendance or cancelled activities. Meals not taken are not refundable.
