Day 1. Yangon
Welcome by our tour guide and Yangon sightseeing includes faded colonial down town and world famous Shwedagon Pagoda, the most venerable of all places of worship in South East Asia.

Day 2. Yangon – Golden Rock by car
About 3 hrs drive south of Yangon via Bago is Kyaikhityo, most famous among the small pagodas. Insignificant in size, but unique from its position. On the summit are a number of granite boulders, many of them balance in a most extraordinary way.

Day 3. Golden Rock – Yangon by car
Return drive to Yangon via Bago, the ancient Mon kingdom greatly flourished from 14th to 16th centuries. It's interesting sites are the world tallest pagoda and a great reclining image of Buddha.

Day 4. Yangon – Bagan by flight
Explore this ancient capital with immense collections of archeological treasure. Nothing in Southeast Asia comes close to the enormity and heritage that brings back the living reality of the sovereignty of Myanmar. With existing over 2000 stupas and pagodas sprawling along the bank of Ayeyarwaddy river.

Day 5. Bagan – Mt. Popa – Bagan
A day trip to Mt. Popa is the highlight for our today's excursion. This 1518 meter solitary peak is home of Myanmar's most powerful "NATS" - a collection of 37 magical spirits both feared and honored by some Myanmar people. The one-hour (777 steps) climb to the summit gives you the impressive view.

Day 6. Bagan – Mandalay by flight
Myanmar has enormous significance to the people of Myanmar since it was the capital of their last Monarchy and has long been known as a centre of skilled craftsmanship supplied to the royal courts in former times. Sightseeing includes the wooden bridge, ancient teak palace, the life like Buddha image and some of the crafts working places.

Day 7. Mandalay – Mingun – Mandalay
Depart Mandalay on a private boat along the Ayeyarwaddy River to visit Mingun, a village on the west bank of the river. This 45 minute memorable journey gives visitors a fascinating experience. This Pagoda might now have been the World's Largest Pagoda. Unfortunately, the patron died before the construction was completed.

Day 8. Mandalay – Heho – Pindaya by flight & car
After arriving Heho airport, head out to Pindaya about 90 km Pindaya is the site of the historic thousand Buddha image caves. We can make an excursion to the caves and spend the balance of the day exploring the district.

Day 9. Pindaya – Inle Lake
Today, we have a leisurely drive to Inle Lake basin and introductory boat excursion at Inle Lake.

Day 10. Inle Lake boat excursions
One of the most picturesque spots in Southeast Asia, Inle Lake and surrounding region is an outstanding alternative to the historical sites of Bagan and Mandalay. Surrounded by hazy Blue Mountains, this lovely lake is home to the Intha people, who constructed villages on stilts over the surface of the lake and farm floating islands created from mud and reed. The Intha are also known for their unique leg rowing. Although Inle Lake and the leg-rowers are the most famous attraction in the region, there's more.

Day 11. Inle Lake – Heho – Sittwe – Mrauk U (via Thandwe or Yangon)
Head back to airport at Heho and fly to Sittwe via Thandwe or Yangon. Upon arrival, transfer to jetty to board a simple boat for 70 km (6 hours) up-river cruise to the ancient capital of Mrauk U with the view of sunset. Upon arrival in Mrauk U, transfer to hotel. Overnight in Mrauk U.

Day 12. Mrauk U
Today, we will explore the ancient capital Mrauk-U (1430-1784 A.D) which had been a thriving city of Rakhine State ruled by his own kings exclusive from Myanmar proper throughout the history.

Day 13. Mrauk U
You may choose to continue visiting the remaining temples in Mrauk or visit tattooed Chin women villages on the upstream north or Mrauk U.

Day 14. Mrauk U – Sittwe – Yangon ( by flight )
After early breakfast, ransfer to jetty for a downriver journey return to Sittway. Upon arrival, transfer to airport for flight to Yangon. Check in at the hotel and day at leisre.

Day 15. Yangon
We plan to spend the day in Yangon visiting the remaining sites of National Museum, reclining buddha and shopping at Yangon's permier market for souvenirs shopping.

Day 16. Yangon Departure
After breakfast, transfer to airport for international onward flights.
